Here goes the story:
His dull black button-like eyes would constantly stare at her legs, both in affection and jealousy.
He had hirsute limbs while her limbs were soft and smooth, without a single hair. Over the past two years, he had seen her almost every day and became a consummate lover of her eternal beauty. She was as white as snow and walked swiftly. He would secretly stare at her till the time she had embarked the bus.
He would wait for hours and hours ,would stay restless all throughout the night. In the morning, everything came to a halt, when she arrived at the bus stop and sat on the bench, he would affectionately stare at her legs without getting noticed. He loved curves of her calves and her feet covered in artistic sandals, seemed too tempting to him.
He sat below her bench and out of the limbs of all the people who used sit on the bench during day; he would distinctly identify her lovely legs and admire them in affection. At times, she wore pants to work and this brought a great deal of disappointment for him. At those instances, he missed her legs and looked hard to peep through her pants. Such was his life, full of affection and lovely feelings, tinged with disappointment.
One day his world came to an end. A huge brown canine came and sat just next to the bench. When the dog discovered him, he took him out with his large paw and started playing with him. As the dog ran away while he hung from the giant's jaw. All other stray dogs joined the game and the teddy was torn apart into pieces.His life was brought to an end and so was his love..
And such was the story of an abandoned teddy who secretly fell in love a beautiful and pretty girl.
Motivatin Behind the Write-up:
There was a time when I gifted a 2.5-feet tall teddy to my girlfriend. Few days back, when my relationship was going through hard times and I was afraid of breaking up, I thought about what kinda feelings I will have post break-up and happened to give a thought about how abandoned that teddy would feel after our break-up. So I searched for pics of some abandoned teddies, this what I am habitual of ;) ;) Eventually I stumbled upon the pic attached here. Soon I built up this story after interpreting the said photograph

I was caught sympathizing with the teddy at the end of the post, that just shows how beautiful the write-up is! Great work :)
@Arti: My Professor of Indian Literature once said for a story "This has been narrated in a way that leaves sympathy towards XYZ character in the readers mind."
I just tried to experiment with that concept while writing this. I am glad to see read your comment. Thank you
Poor teddy, but a very well written story!
Hope things are better on the relationship front for you
@Varsha: someone said "every relationship has its baggage."
Things appear to be fine amongst both of us. Thanks for your concern and appreciation.
That's a lovely one dude ;)
@Sanjana: Thanks buddy :)
awww feeling sad for teddy. thats written very nice.
@some_unspoken_words: Thank You :)
Deeply written. You have the gift to look deep inside the texture of a given situation, diving into the various emotions involved with different characters. No words to commend your effort :)
Next time i would suggest picking up a more subtle and deep situation. That would do justice with your talents :)
@mito: Thanx for appreciating..I will try to pick up more fine topics and would work them into a even better write-up.. Thanx buddy :)
